I have questions about the loyalty rate I was given as a Premium Member

If you were given the loyalty rate for the Premium Membership, please check the following questions:

Do the new membership tiers mean that my current membership is changing?

As a loyal member, nothing about your membership is changing, except that you can now choose an annual payment option AND you get exclusive discount codes for your favorite fabric shops.

I pay monthly at the loyalty price, am I able to pay annually at my current rate?

Yes! Sign in to your account and click the “Change your plan” link in the Membership Information box.

What if I have recently unsubscribed to Seamwork?

Discounted rates are available only to current active members.

(Note: paused accounts are considered active)

What if I unsubscribe with my loyalty rate? Will I lose it?

Yes, if you cancel your membership, you will have to choose one of the new plans if you wish to resubscribe.
